The Stars of Twilight

Does anyone remember if Bella fell asleep on the plane ride to Italy? If you do, please tell me, because a friend of mine is wondering why Bella is wearing the same shirt in the first two screen shots as she does in Italy when she's saving Edward & now she has me curious also.
